SwissSuite-AI (operated by SwissWPSecure Sàrl, “we”, “the Processor”) engages a small number of third-party sub-processors to deliver the Service. This page lists our current sub-processors, in fulfillment of Section 3.4.2 of our Data Processing Agreement and Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

Groq does not use inputs or outputs to train AI models and applies zero data retention by default (batch files and short-term troubleshooting logs excepted). A copy of the safeguards is available on request. |

Cloud Backup Providers
Cloud backup providers (Google Drive, Dropbox, AWS S3, Backblaze B2, FTP/SFTP servers) are configured by you and operate under your own agreements with those providers. We facilitate the connection but do not receive or store your backup data.
Notification of Changes
We will inform you of any intended changes to our sub-processors at least 30 days before the change takes effect, by email to the address associated with your account, in accordance with Section 3.4.3 of our Data Processing Agreement. You may object to the change within 14 days of notification; if the objection cannot be resolved, you may terminate your subscription.
