No. The plugin on your site stays under 8MB and handles only fast checks. The heavy work — deep malware analysis and AI processing — runs on our Swiss Bunker VPS over an authenticated connection, so your page-load speed and SEO stay untouched.

Every request to your site passes through a Web Application Firewall. The free tier blocks SQL-injection, cross-site-scripting and path-traversal attacks; the Security plan adds an advanced rule set with 28+ SQL-injection and 40+ XSS patterns plus encoded-payload detection. You can run it in a log-only simulation mode first to be sure nothing legitimate is blocked.

The Sentinel Audit is a fast, local heuristic scan (file, permission, configuration and environment checks) that uses zero AI tokens. The Quick Malware Scan checks your files against a signature library. The Deep Malware Scan (Pro) runs an eight-phase pipeline — hash lookups, local signatures, WPScan and Patchstack vulnerability feeds, and a final AI verdict — and returns a security grade from A to F.

Suspicious files are moved — not deleted — into a protected quarantine folder that blocks all web access, so a threat is neutralized immediately. On paid plans you can restore a file if it was a false positive, or delete it permanently.

Hardening means closing the doors attackers use — disabling XML-RPC, hiding your WordPress version, blocking username enumeration, and more. Yes, on paid plans. You set it up by scanning a QR code with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password and others), and you get ten single-use backup codes in case you lose your phone.

Tokens are units of AI processing, available exclusively in SwissSuite-AI Pro. AI-powered actions — deep-scan verdicts, Check-with-AI on a finding, SEO meta and FAQ generation, and content rewriting — consume tokens. Your firewall, Quick Scan, Sentinel Audit and backups use none, on Free or Pro. Paid plans include a monthly token allowance that resets each billing period and does not roll over. A separate 10-million-token top-up is available for CHF 9.99 and, unlike the monthly allowance, stays in your balance until you use it.

You can keep backups locally or send them off-site to Google Drive, Dropbox, Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, or any FTP/SFTP server. Encrypted backups use AES-256-GCM or XChaCha20 with PBKDF2 key derivation at 310,000 iterations — the OWASP-recommended work factor.

Yes — this feature is currently in Beta. Move to New Host transfers your site plugin-to-plugin, or via a small receiver file when the destination has no plugin yet, with preflight checks for disk space, memory and compatibility before anything moves.

You are always in control. The AI proposes rewrites side-by-side with your original text; nothing changes until you click Apply. Every item keeps a version history so you can restore a previous version at any time.

There is no free trial. Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, and they renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel — you receive a confirmation email for each renewal. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are offered at our discretion, reviewed case-by-case — as a guideline, generally within 14 days of your first charge if the plugin hasn’t been substantially used, and limited to one refund per customer. You can cancel anytime, whatever your refund history. Your statutory rights (EU 14-day withdrawal before activation; remedies if the product is defective) always apply. Each license is locked to a single domain. If you move to a new site, you deactivate the license on the old one — which is instant — and activate it on the new one.

Your site keeps working. If the license server cannot be reached during a routine check, the plugin enters a 72-hour grace period and your features stay active until the connection is restored.

SwissSuite-AI is pre-launch. It is being prepared for distribution through the official WordPress.org Plugin Directory — once it is listed, you will be able to install it in one click.
